Dear Partners,
We can all surely agree that 2010 has been another very challenging year in the real estate business, as we continue to cope with difficulties caused by a weak economy and job market, as well as numerous challenges in the real estate business. All of us on the Real Living Pittman Properties Team have been through our share of change and turmoil this past year with the implementation of our new brand and name, and we believe it was to our long-term benefit. You know the saying….. “Short-Term Pain for Long-Term Gain”. I hope that even though many things in our business change, we can all appreciate the fact that our culture of ethics and professionalism remains the same, as well as our commitment to putting people first.
Looking ahead to 2011, I want to encourage you to make a deliberate, conscious choice to learn, grow and evolve with our industry, and with the new Consumer. One of our greatest challenges is to continually be willing to learn and embrace change. The fact is the real estate business is continuing to evolve and change significantly, and the rewards will go to those who adapt and innovate to serve today’s Consumer. Choose to learn and apply the modern tools that are available to you (such as the Real Living Agent Business Center). Most everyone agrees that the worst is behind us, and we will begin to see modest improvement in the market and economy in 2011. Let’s be ready to take full advantage of it.
During this holiday season, I hope that you will find much to be thankful for, and be aware of and appreciate all that you have.

Dear Partners,
Well another Christmas is around the corner, and we are coming out of another challenging year in Real Estate. We would like to remind each of you that you are a Survivor. Some have left this business and some have stayed... Congratulations to you for having the tenacity to make it through! We continue to want things (as is our human nature) to happen "fast", but with time and diligence in doing the right things, it will happen and you will be there to reap the benefits if you continue to do business with honesty, integrity and have the fortitude to keep on plugging!
Lou Ann and I have enjoyed the year with two weddings and a new grandchild on the way! A lot of our time this year has been with family, and you are part of our family too! We pray your season will be full of rich memory making times with family and friends. We pray for your health and safety and for your wishes to come true. May Christ be the Light of the World and live in your hearts now and forever. See you on the 14th !
